I want to know,if I can go back to marine bootcamp at 31?

I was in bootcamp in 2003, I was 22 at the time, I didnt finsh,i started of at a regular platoon and then I got hurt and they put me in PCP, the time I was in there I was a Navy Doctor, and thats when I got discharged, I was to go back in, its been weoghting heavy on my mind, I hope a recruiter or any one can help thank you, I have a entry level seperation, my separation code(JGA1) & reentry(RE_3F)
