Would it be a bad idea to smoke weed again after overcoming anxiety/derealization?

I used to smoke a lot of weed. It was very comforting and a big part of my life with my friends and music.(in my area it is decriminalized, so I don't want to see "it's illegal, don't do it!" etc.) A horrific event triggered this anxiety/derealization/depersonalization when I bought from a dealer that I personally didn't know well for the first time, and sure enough it was laced with PCP. (found through drug test.) It messed me up for a good year. I probably wouldn't have been as messed up if I hadn't done so much at once. I have a trustworthy dealer available now, and I was just wondering if it would bring back the anxiety. I already have gone through therapy, and I can say I have recovered using The Linden Method. I also used to smoke weed for 2 years straight until this time. If it is okay to start up again, should I take precautions like small doses at a time? I have tried smoking several times in the past during recovery, but it just made me anxious with my condition. Please, refrain from Religious related comments, anti marijuana comments, etc. I would prefer to see generous Psychologist or well-educated marijuana user responses. Thank you.
