Abnormal lab results?
Well, all of these out of range counts are probably related to a poor diet or being over weight. Your HDL is low. That is the "good" cholesterol. The one you get from eating fish and healthy oils such as olive oil. Your Triglyceride level is high, which is the bad cholesterol. That generally is from eating foods high in sugar and fat...and not working out. Your hemoglobin is low, meaning you may be anemic...also another component of not eating healthy enough/working out. I would say that while your weight loss surgery may help with some of this, from your results, the biggest issue is your diet and not working out enough. If you are eating healthy and working out (I am only assuming your not due to the weight loss surgery, but some people are overweight from underlying medical problem)...then there may be some other issue here. Good luck!!
