Continuos heavy bleeding 3 months after c-section delivery..what's wrong with me?

Oh you poor thing, that sounds awful, and really frightening. If I were you I'd go to the emergency room at the hospital, at least then you'll get seen to quickly and they can run tests there and then. I'm no medical expert, but losing so much blood to the point where you are feeling weak doesn't seem right. I really hope you get better soon.
