How to let your parents get you a dog.?

What i did was i asked my mom about a guard dog (because my mom watches the news a lot). Im also gave her facts about how if i had a dog i would clean it walk it feed it and etc. BUT! You must show her that your a responsible enough to get one trust me they're a lot of work!
