My 4 month old had a little bit of bleeding coming from her vagina?!?

I went to go change her diaper and there was a spot of blood on the cloth.. Its a very little bit- I called her Pcp and he said not to worry. However I am very worried.. She is acting fine- very happy. Peeing/pooping normal. I don't know what could be wrong?!
