My left side(arm, and face mainly) are numb and i have a severe headache, i feel weak and so do my muscles?

last night, i was getting ready for bed around 1030/11 when all of the sudden my left hand felt like someone was gripping onto it, and then got numb all of the sudden, as well as the left side of my face...it lasted about 5 mins, and then i fell asleep...well around 3am i awake to a sharp pain in the back of the right side of my head, and started vomiting and becoming very clammy and the left side of my body started going numb again... after about an hour with no fever, just the numbness, sharp pain and vomiting i fell asleep, well around 715am this morning i woke up with a fever of 102.6, still nauseous, and slightly numb on my left side, all of my muscles on my left side feel like they are slowly tensing? i dont have a PCP or insurance at that, so i cannot just hop in the car and go to the dr.'s would anyone have any idea of what this could be? if you could help i would be so appreciated!! thank you
