Dizziness days after hitting head?

This is the short story, happened sunday night; I smoked some PCP didn't think it was working after 3 hours, went to bed, woke up blacked out at 3:30 (i'm guessing), freaked out, did stuff to hurt myself, I repeatedly hit the back of my head against a tile floor very hard, my dad called ambulance and all that, hospital, docs said i had no brain injury, checked out wednesday. even now after i have recovered i still feel dizzy sometimes when i lay down or sit down anything like that. nothing else from that. im just wondering if i should see a doctor or if i should wait a little longer if this keeps happening. obviously its not normal for dizziness to happen so often.
