How can I have a Biliary Spincterectomy for SOD with no insurance?

Recently had to go to ER for another attack of Severe abdominal pain. Had a Cholesysectomy in 2009 and had continuous pain after mind you I had insurance through work. Now can't keep a job due to multiple hospitalizations and no real answer or fix for what kept happening. On latest visit was found to have critical liver enzyme levels, dilated ducts on CT so doctor ordered MRCP which showed biliary strictures. Was told to see GI as soon as possible. Saw my PCP which specializes as a GI and he said I need this ERCP now for sphincterectomy. I am scheduled for a meeting for CICP but I can't handle this pain anymore and need my life back. Will any hospital perform this procedure with me not having coverage right now? Im a single 27 year old live in Adams County and have no kids.
