How to convince my mum to let me have a chihuahua!?

HELP, me and my little sister really want a chihuahua but i need to convince my mum because shes worried that i wont put money towards it and well im not sure but she doesn't seem keen on the idea but ive saved up all the money and i really want one!! but i need her permission first and she doesnt want to budge!
